A sporty Grizzly with attitude.
The Grizzly 700 is the top of the line full-bore ATV from Yamaha. It is our most powerful, most capable and best selling ATV. It features all of our best technologies including On-Command 4-wheel drive, the Ultramatic fully automatic transmission, independent suspension with wide-arc front a-arms and powerful 4-wheel disc brakes. And like any Yamaha, the Grizzly's reputation for reliability and durability is proven year after year. |

Yamaha has always been a leader in developing new technologies that not only improve performance, but also enhance the riding experience.
Take EPS for example. Yamaha was the first to bring Electric Power Steering to market on an ATV. Of course this feature improves performance and handling, but more importantly it makes the Grizzly 700 much easier to ride. Steering effort is reduced along with rider fatigue. It takes a lot less effort to ride, which means you can relax and focus on the experience, instead of concentrating on the conditions and wrestling around each corner or obstacle. It makes the Grizzly feel like a smaller ATV. When you get home, you won't be as tired or sore with EPS, even though you may find you've ridden more miles than ever before. Just another example of Yamaha's commitment to enhancing the ride experience.

Slowing your big-bore ATV down shouldn't involve standing on the brake pedal while squeezing the lever with all your might. 4-wheel disc brakes combined with full-time engine braking means slowing this Grizzly down requires less effort. And since the front and rear brakes can be operated independently, you have more control over how you brake depending on the situation.
Push-button servo-controlled "On-Command" system allows you to switch between 2WD, limited-slip 4WD and fully locked differential 4WD - all with the simple push of a dash mounted button. Real 4-wheel drive when you need it. With Diff-lock engaged, there's no need to wait for one wheel to spin. You have traction to all 4 wheels, immediately. This puts you in total control... you decide when you need 4 wheel drive... the machine doesn't decide for you. |

While the current industry trends are leading to large, lumbering behemoths, Yamaha has chosen a higher trail.
The Grizzly 700 FI concept focuses on lightweight handling and lightening response. From the compact Raptor based EFI engine to the Yamaha EPS (Electronic Power Steering) system, every fiber of this new bear has been created to outperform all others with less effort and more control than you ever thought possible. With a host of features designed to improve agility, terrain-ability and ride comfort, the Grizzly 700 FI EPS raises the bar yet again for 4 wheel drive ATVs.

Why has the Grizzly 700 dominated the ATV landscape for so many years?
Sure it's a performance leader with the latest technologies. But quality, durability and reliability are at the root of the Grizzly's success. Ask a Grizzly owner what they think. Many have had theirs for years, and some return to buy a second or even third Grizzly. You'll often hear them use the words "tough", "dependable", or "bulletproof". Others say they're by far the easiest ATV to ride. But most will say their Grizzly is simply the most fun to ride!

Identical to the EPS Grizzly in every way but one. This new "standard" version of the Grizzly 700 offers you all of the same ground breaking features as the original, only minus the Electric Power Steering.
Loaded with exclusive Yamaha features such as the "wide-arc" front a-arms, 4-wheel disc brakes, fully automatic Ultramatic transmission and push-button On-Command 4-wheel drive system, that have made the Grizzly 700 so successful. While the focus remains on lightweight handling and lightening response, this non-EPS version simply comes with a little bit better price tag.
